FS#24 - Bossa program port

After rebooting, WDM will load Bossa Program Port driver on some systems. This seems prevalent on older Windows versions.

On Windows 10 I was not able to reproduce after rebooting but did get it by trying to flash firmware with the built-in firmware updater feature and MCU connected on Native port.

By utilizing Windows Managment services programmatically I have implemented a COM port scan to detect if Bossa driver is present. If detected, performing a boot from flash and subsequent reset via bossa command line utility the port will revert to normal state (showing Arduino Due).

The new port scan routine is now performed every time before MCU is started, whether automatically or manually via the start button. It can also detect if incorrect port is assigned (Arduino Due Programming Port) and will report this. Additionally it will scan for the native port and adjust settings if they are incorrect.

Tested and verified as working on Win10. Will look for testers via the forum for additional confirmation.

New procedure reportedly works on Win XP and 10 but not on Win 7.

More investigating required but for now I will lower priority as I have done all I can in software.
